| Welcome to Movement Learning Systems (MLS). Our public education programs are based on the synthesis of three major systems of learning; the Feldenkrais Method® of Somatic Education, the Japanese martial art of Aikido and the ritual study of weapons through Aikibukido. MLS uses movement as a sensory gathering inquiry into the surrounding environment. This mode of inquiry helps to create newer patterns of doing, developing and learning. Through this people attain an ease of movement and experience a growing sense of well being. |
