The Corner Health Center works to help young people make healthy choices which improve their lives now and in the future by offering a broad range of medical care, health education and support services to low-income, young people ages 12-21 and their children. The Corner Health Center is Michigan's first, largest and most comprehensive teen health center. We educate at-risk teens on the long-range implications of their health behaviors, encourage them to develop responsible behaviors, and take responsibility for their own health. Doctors, nurses, social workers, nutritionists and other staff all have important roles in meeting the needs of the young people who seek our services.
